At ACG Go Anime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your anime-inspired fashion, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your gear is in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is free of any wear or damage.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
